As a Certified Celebrant, Lou works with families to create a meaningful tribute that reflects the personality and life-style of the deceased. He received his training and certification from the In-Sight Institute. |

I had to make several trips to the office for thank you cards, and they were so courteous. I had one problem in the remembrance book. It was a typo problem. I called and right away they brought me a new page for in my book. They brought it right to the house promptly. If they weren't available at the home, the service would page someone and they would return my call within minutes. Again, thank you for the wonderful services provided.

Lou was our Milton contact and he was gracious and eager to please. Leola was taken to Elmira, NY for burial, and Bob drove the vehicle. We followed in our car. He drove at a respectful speed and he was very cautious. The whole experience was handled by these two men with dignity and respect! Thank you!
Would you refer us to others? Leola was beautiful and natural looking. I judge a funeral home by not only the staff, but the make up they use. So often the deceased has a yellow look. That's not natural! But Leola looked wonderful.

Lou Sibula helped me so much, both, a year or so ago when I made final arrangements for my Mom and upon Mom's passing. He is the most caring person I've ever met and made this experience so much easier for me. Everything was perfect. Mom looked beautiful. The bulletin with pictures and program were outstanding and the book the guests signed was so unique. Everything went on schedule even when my Mom's sister arrived late from out of town and needed to see her. Lou arranged for that too. I intend to make my final arrangements with Allen & Redmond. We dealt with Lou. He is fantastic! In addition to doing all of the things that you expect of him, he has a great personality. Also, I cannot adequately praise the way that my Mother was presented at the viewing. He can do my make-up when I die. Whenever I asked Lou about anything, he said that it was all taken care of. He is fantastic! When I said that I wanted to take pictures of the flowers, he said that he had already done it!
